Responsibilities :

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for audience growth and retention

  • Work with business partners in Editorial, Video, Product, Social, and SEO to create and execute business solutions and share best practices

  • Streamline and automate data collection to maximize efficiencies

  • Iterate, experiment, measure, and test new ideas

  • Develop a growth plan with cross-functional teams across the organization

Basic Qualifications :

  • Passion for data-driven discoveries to make business decisions

  • Ability to identify actionable takeaways using data and insights

  • Eagerness to take on new projects and think outside the box

  • Strong communication skills with a wide array of stakeholders

  • Experience working with Editorial, Social, and/or Video content organization

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel functions, formulas, VLOOKUP function and pivot tables is required.; Optional: Programming languages (R, Python, Javascript)

  • Tools: Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, Social Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram)

  • 1-4 years of experience in a comparable analytical position

  • An Interest in News and Lifestyle content

Bachelor’s Degree required
